@benbyrne The most full on I've come across in my recent wanderings is the producer GRIDBUG. I think all their releases are linked on their Soundcloud profile.
@benbyrne One of my all time favourites is The Quick Brown Fox who mix splittercore tempos with melodic happy hardcore - less full on but I think it's fun and interesting to hear cheerful takes on extreme music.
